Heath got down on one knee and asked Ruby to be his wife on Valentine's Day of 2000.  It took place at Rhodes Ferry Park in Decatur, Alabama after a picnic dinner.

The bride given in marriage by her father, Tommy King, wore a formal gown of Duchess satin and re-embroidered lace.  Spaghetti straps covered with pearls and bulge beads support the bodice that flows into an elegant princess panel skirt.  Asymmetrical lace medallions covered the dress and chapel train.   Check out the Bride's dress photos here.
